SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and dispatched on the next business day after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Domestic deliveries are handled by PosLaju / J&T and are made Monday to Friday only.

  • Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Sales & Promotional Items

  • Orders containing sale or promotional items may require additional processing time, as stated on the respective sales page.

  • Delivery delays for sale items do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.


International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via our appointed international courier.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local courier handling in the destination country.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • All international orders are shipped from Malaysia and are zero-rated with GST at 0%.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or charges imposed by the destination country (if any) are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or non-delivery caused by customs clearance procedures.


Dispatch Confirmation & Delivery Responsibility

  • Once a Dispatch Confirmation email with a valid tracking number has been issued, ownership and responsibility of the parcel are transferred to the customer.

  • Delivery is deemed successful once the courier records the parcel as “Delivered” to the provided shipping address.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

  • We shall not be held liable for parcels that are lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen once handed over to the courier, provided that valid proof of postage and tracking is available.

  • Any claims regarding delivery issues must be raised directly with the courier service provider.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in filing compensation claims with the courier where applicable, but outcomes are subject to the courier’s policies.


Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details provided are complete and accurate.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Reshipment due to incorrect address details will be chargeable.


Non-Refundable Shipping

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipment is in progress.


Fraud & Abuse Prevention

  • We reserve the right to reject refund, replacement, or compensation requests in cases of:

    • False or misleading claims

    • Abuse of return or refund policies

    • Chargeback fraud

    • Repeated claims without valid evidence
