MAKING A PURCHASE

 

At Fipperslipper.com, we are not able to cancel, Refund, amend or combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.

Computation rounding shown in invoice (if any) is a decimal representation due to multiple rounding mechanisms.

We post all orders made on next business days. PosLaju / JNT/ Pegion makes deliveries Monday -  Friday,Process will take 1-3 Business days. 

Postage will be delay for sales item ( as per mention on sales page)

International Shipping , we will post the order using TnT & Aramex which take 2-5 Business days to make the delivery.

For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Goods sold and delivered to overseas (out of Malaysia) are zero-rated with GST at 0%.

Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

All payments have to be made by means specified by Fipper Marketing . Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.
