EXCHANGES/ RETURNS

We only accept return for size conversion under the terms below:

1. Item not yet being wear

2. Tag still attached

3. The cost of return must be borne by the buyer

* All above apply to Non-promotion item. All promotion item ( Sales Item) is non-returnable & no exchange

Please note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. Fipperslipper.com portrays all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.

Fipperslipper.com is not liable for Fipperslipper.com items purchased from a third party merchant.

All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 60 days after a notification email is sent.
